WORKSHOPS
A place where we can celebrate our differences and find our similarities.
Our team has over 10 years of experience speaking with over 1 million students and over 200 companies. We’re worked with a variety of industries and over 100 diverse communities, regions, demographics, and schools board. With every experience, professional and personally lived, we bring forward workshops that build compassion and understanding.
Each of our workshops is facilitated by Get REAL team members who have first-hand, personal experience in the workshop topic. Most of our workshops are available in-person, virtually, or through a self-paced module!

“By sharing your empowering and inspiring stories of inclusion, you were able to engage our team with so much interest and enthusiasm. Your Inclusivity Workshop provided positive, actionable strategies that we can easily implement in our day-to-day activities which also helps us understand better ways of responding to sensitive situations and continue to foster inclusive environments.”
— Corporate Feedback
“Everyone really responded to Chris and Raia’s personal stories of racism, and the use of anonymous surveys throughout helped people open up and share their stories and perspectives, in real time. The session was a great mix of personal experiences, open conversation, and historical facts about racism in Canada. Plus, there were tangible suggestions on how to respond to racism and work towards positive change.”
— Corporate Feedback
The folks from Get REAL took us on more of a personal journey that the group all went through together. There was personal discovery, there was a lot of emotion and it was an eye opener to then challenges many of us face, including our youth. It was very ‘real’. The session was incredibly simple but effective and powerful in its approach.”
— Corporate Feedback
“I feel like I could be more confident talking to my parents and trying to educate them about issues based on racism and discrimination now.”
— Student Feedback
“This was the best presentation we have had (IMO) this year. We have many students who are going through very similar experiences and to hear you powerful stories of being yourself and see the positive impact you are having is fantastic!”
— Educator Feedback
“It was very powerful to hear individual stories about your experiences with racism in many areas of your life. It also brought to light the importance of always being an ally and sticking for oppressed groups whenever you can.”
