Thank you Birks, and Canada Life for their continued funding support of this important resource to provide Positive Space Kits elementary schools, middle schools and high schools across Canada free of cost, to help support and strengthen the efforts of Positive Space Groups and GSAs.

Studies have shown that the presence of a Positive Space Group or GSA in a school significantly lowers rates of verbal harassment and physical bullying (in some cases more than 50% lower).

Studies have also shown that the presence of a Positive Space Group has a positive effect on the mental health of students, and also makes students feel safer-and not just marginalized students, but all students.
