There is extensive research that show caregivers are a crucial part of a young person’s well-being. That’s why we aim to meet caregivers where they’re at—helping them support and better understand the youth in their lives, while also supporting themselves.

In a world full of misinformation and disinformation, it can be difficult to understand the real experiences of different communities. Our workshops are designed with caregivers in mind and are informed by members of the Get REAL team, who are parents themselves.

From workshops to resources, we strive to equip caregivers with the tools to support their youth—whether their child is part of a marginalized community or they simply want to create a compassionate space where their child can thrive in a diverse world.
